This bill amends the Small Business Investment Act of 1958 to grant the Small Business Administration (SBA) Administrator authority to increase loan guarantee commitments to qualified state or local development companies (the 504 Program) up to 115 percent of the statutory limit in any fiscal year, beginning in fiscal year 2025. The Administrator must notify relevant congressional committees at least 30 days before exercising this authority and may use it no more than once per fiscal year.
