This bill amends federal law to require the Secret Service to record all communications between agents deployed to protect certain persons entitled to Secret Service protection. Recordings must be retained for at least 90 days and deleted thereafter, unless a specified congressional committee requests retention for up to 18 months. In cases of attempted or actual harm to a protected person, recordings must be made available upon request to the House and Senate Committees on Appropriations, Judiciary, Oversight and Accountability, and Homeland Security.
