This bill expands transparency requirements for federal spending by requiring the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act website to include additional data on subcontracts and subgrants awarded under federal awards. It mandates reporting of the race, ethnicity, veteran status, and sex of the five most highly compensated officers of entities receiving federal funds, as well as the dollar amounts of each subcontract and subgrant.
