This bill requires the Department of State to disclose the costs and personnel hours associated with producing reports for external distribution, including reports to Congress. Beginning in fiscal year 2025, the Secretary of State must submit an annual report to Congress listing all reports issued, their frequency, estimated production costs, and personnel hours required. Starting October 1, 2026, each individual report produced for external distribution must include its estimated production cost and personnel hours.
