This bill requires the Government Accountability Office to update the 1995 report titled Department of Defense Service Academies: Comparison of Honor and Conduct Adjudicatory Processes, including to compare the honor and conduct systems at each service academy (i.e., the U.S. Military Academy, the U.S. Naval Academy, and the U.S. Air Force Academy).
