This bill amends Medicare law to expand coverage of in-home intravenous immune globulin (IVIG) administration to include treatment of chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy and multifocal motor neuropathy, in addition to the currently covered primary immune deficiency diseases. The expansion takes effect January 1, 2026. The bill also authorizes the Secretary of Health and Human Services to vary payment rates for IVIG administration depending on the condition being treated.
