Summary
This bill amends the Social Security Act to exclude healthcare providers from the Medicare program if they prescribe, administer, dispense, or furnish abortion-inducing drugs unless they are physicians who physically examine the patient, are physically present when the drug is administered, and schedule an in-person follow-up visit within 14 days. The exclusion would be permanent and would apply to telehealth and other remote provision of such drugs.
