This bill authorizes the Secretary of the Navy to convey or lease parcels of land at Defense Fuel Support Point San Pedro in Los Angeles, California to the cities of Los Angeles or Lomita. The ballfield parcels (approximately 21 acres total) may be conveyed for park and recreational use, while a firing range parcel (approximately 3.2 acres) may be conveyed for law enforcement purposes. The cities may lease the parcels at no cost for up to three years before conveyance, and must pay consideration to the Navy consisting of cash, in-kind services, or both, as well as cover all administrative and due diligence costs.
