This bill requires institutions of higher education to immediately report to the Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS) when they become aware that a student on an F-1 or J-1 nonimmigrant visa has endorsed or supported a foreign terrorist organization. If the Secretary of State determines such participation is established, the visa would be revoked and the Department of Homeland Security would initiate removal proceedings against the student.
