The DISPOSE Act establishes the Precursor Chemical Destruction Initiative to support bilateral counterdrug efforts with Colombia, Mexico, and Peru. The bill authorizes the Secretary of State, in coordination with the Departments of Defense and Justice, to help these countries seize, destroy, and safely dispose of precursor chemicals used in illicit drug production.
