Summary
This bill prohibits the importation of eight specified minerals (copper, nickel, palladium, platinum, rhodium, ruthenium, zinc, and braggite) produced in Russia or by Russian entities, effective 90 days after enactment. The prohibition terminates one year after the President certifies that Russia has ended all hostilities against Ukraine, but resumes if Russia restarts hostilities within a three-year probationary period. The President is not authorized to waive the prohibition.
