This bill directs the Secretary of Defense to ensure TRICARE beneficiaries and military health care providers receive information about reproductive health care access, including abortion care, under the military health system. Beneficiaries must be informed annually and within 14 days of station changes about covered reproductive services, circumstances for receiving care at military facilities, leave and travel benefits for out-of-state care, and how to find non-military providers. Military treatment facility providers must receive annual training on their obligation to provide covered reproductive health care and counseling, and on the protections afforded to them under federal law regardless of state law.
