This bill directs the Secretary of the Interior to take approximately 7,167 acres of federal land managed by the Bureau of Land Management in Sandoval County, New Mexico into trust for the benefit of the San Felipe Pueblo. The land would remain subject to several conditions: a perpetual easement for access to a private inholding, a perpetual easement for other federally recognized tribes to access cultural and religious sites (subject to the Pueblo's agreement), continuation of existing grazing leases, and a prohibition on gaming activities. The Pueblo would be required to maintain the access road to the same standards previously maintained by the Bureau of Land Management.
