The PRIDE Act of 2024 amends the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act to expand existing Offices of Minority and Women Inclusion at federal financial agencies to also encompass LGBTQ+ inclusion. The bill renames these offices to "Offices of Minority, Women, and LGBTQ+ Inclusion" and adds LGBTQ+ individuals and LGBTQ+-owned businesses to the scope of diversity and inclusion initiatives, procurement goals, and workforce development programs. Similar conforming amendments are made to the Housing and Community Development Act of 1992.
