This resolution reaffirms a full and unwavering commitment to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO). The resolution also reaffirms NATO's open door policy, welcomes Finland and Sweden as full NATO members, and reaffirms the necessity for NATO allies to dedicate at least 2% of their gross domestic product to national defense.
