This resolution sets forth the rule for consideration of H.R. 3564 (Middle Class Borrower Protection Act of 2023, which rolls back changes made by the Federal Housing Finance Agency to certain fees, namely loan-level pricing adjustments, charged by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac for a conventional single-family mortgage and restricts future fee adjustments), H.R. 3799 (Custom Health Option and Individual Care Expense Arrangement Act or the CHOICE Arrangement Act, which provides statutory authority for regulations that allow employers to offer individual coverage health reimbursement arrangements), and H. Res. 461 (which condemns using the facilities of a public elementary or secondary school that serves students to provide shelter for non-U.S. nationals who are not admitted into the United States).
