Official CRS summary

This bill specifies that the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) must notify Congress within 48 hours of determining that Iran has produced or possesses any amount of uranium-235 enriched to more than 60% purity. Subsequent to such notification, ODNI must also notify Congress within 48 hours if Iran has engaged in significant enrichment activity (such as enriching more than 10 kilograms of uranium-235).
