This bill requires certain actions to improve data collection related to the educator workforce. First, the bill requires the National Center for Education Statistics to (1) conduct a study on data collections and data requirements related to the educator workforce; and (2) make recommendations through submission of a report for improvements to data collection, analysis, and dissemination to improve access to a diverse, well-prepared, and stable educator workforce.
