The CONSTRUCTS Act of 2024 amends the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act to establish a competitive grant program through which the Department of Labor awards funds to junior colleges, community colleges, and career and technical education schools to expand training, education, and outreach for careers in residential construction.
