This bill amends the Northern Border Security Review Act to require the Department of Homeland Security to conduct updated threat analyses of the northern border every three years (beginning September 2, 2025) and to update the northern border security strategy every five years based on those analyses. The bill also requires DHS to provide classified briefings to Congress within 30 days of each threat analysis and to develop performance measures for Air and Marine Operations' effectiveness at securing the northern border between ports of entry. No additional appropriations are authorized.
