Summary
The Judiciary Accountability Act of 2024 extends federal antidiscrimination and employment laws to the judicial branch of the federal government. The bill applies Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Rehabilitation Act, the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act, and veterans' employment protections to federal judges, court employees, and judicial branch agencies.
