This bill amends the Homeland Security Act to require the DHS Under Secretary for Intelligence and Analysis to conduct annual audits of the Office of Intelligence and Analysis' information systems and bulk data collection practices. The Under Secretary must submit audit findings to relevant congressional committees within 30 days of completion and notify Congress within 30 days of any initial use of bulk data sets and any subsequent changes to their terms and conditions.
