This bill directs the Secretary of Defense to establish a five-year pilot program treating pregnancy as a qualifying event for enrollment in TRICARE Select, the military health insurance plan for eligible beneficiaries. The pilot would allow pregnant individuals and their dependents to enroll in or change their TRICARE Select coverage outside the normal enrollment periods.
