The End Airline Extortion Act amends federal aviation law to prohibit air carriers from providing payments or incentives to employees based on requiring passengers to pay ancillary fees for baggage, seating, or other add-on services. The bill also prohibits airlines from discriminating in fares or ancillary fees on the basis of disability status, familial status, or other protected characteristics for passengers on the same flight receiving the same service.
