This bill prohibits the federal government from using any federal funds to dismantle, deconstruct, or render inoperable any segment of the border wall between the United States and Mexico. It also prohibits the use of federal funds to auction, sell, transfer, or otherwise dispose of materials or supplies that were previously acquired by the federal government for constructing, maintaining, or reinforcing the border wall.
