This concurrent resolution directs the Secretary of the Senate to make corrections in the enrollment of S. 4367 (Thomas R. Carper Water Resources Development Act of 2024). Such corrections include those applicable to (1) limits placed on cost sharing for water resources projects, and (2) predesign planning for acequias systems (certain water and irrigation systems) in New Mexico.
