This resolution condemns Ethiopia for perpetuating conditions that undermine peace, stability, and the rule of law in the Horn of Africa. The resolution also calls upon the Department of State and relevant agencies to hold Ethiopia accountable for documented atrocities, including violations of internationally recognized human rights.
