This bill amends federal law to require the Department of Veterans Affairs to establish and maintain a formulary—a standardized list of prosthetic and rehabilitative items and services available to veterans. The VA must develop the formulary based on best available evidence, solicit veteran and public input, ensure all listed items are available at VA facilities, and publish it online with regular updates.
