Summary
This bill amends the National Agricultural Research, Extension, and Teaching Policy Act of 1977 to expand the veterinary services grant program. It adds 1890 Institutions (historically Black colleges and universities and other minority-serving agricultural institutions) as eligible recipients for veterinary education grants and requires the Secretary of Agriculture to prioritize grant awards to these institutions.
