Summary
This bill amends the Riegle Community Development and Regulatory Improvement Act of 1994 to require the Secretary of the Treasury (or a designee) to provide annual testimony to Congress regarding the operations of the Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI) Fund. The testimony would occur at the discretion of the chairs of the House Financial Services Committee and the Senate Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs Committee.
