Summary
This bill amends the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to require the EPA Administrator to rely on comprehensive multigenerational reproductive toxicity studies (covering at least 4 generations of test species) when establishing, modifying, or revoking pesticide chemical residue tolerances and exemptions. The EPA must review all existing pesticide tolerance determinations within 180 days to ensure they are supported by such data, and must report to Congress within 2 years on any determinations that were updated or changed as a result of this requirement.
