The No Corporate Crooks Act prohibits individuals who served as chief executive officers and were convicted of specified crimes—including bribery, fraud, embezzlement, insider trading, tax evasion, wage theft, cybercrime, corruption, and copyright infringement—from being appointed to positions in the executive branch.
