This bill prohibits the District of Columbia from requiring courts or administrative tribunals to defer to the Mayor's or DC agencies' interpretation of statutes and regulations they administer. It repeals the Review of Agency Action Clarification Amendment Act of 2025 (D.C. Law 26-37) and restores any provisions of law that were amended or repealed by that act. The effect is to limit the deference given to executive branch interpretations in DC judicial and administrative proceedings.
