The VISIBLE Act amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to require all immigration enforcement officers from U.S. Customs and Border Protection, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and authorized state/local partners to display visible identification during public-facing immigration enforcement actions. The identification must include the officer's agency name (legible from 25 feet), and either the officer's last name or badge number, displayed on outermost garments without obstruction.
