Summary
This bill establishes the Veterans Transition Talent Hub, a program under the Department of Veterans Affairs that would allow employers to search a database of veterans and transitioning service members who voluntarily participate. The database would include information about participants' military and civilian skills, certifications, geographic and employment preferences, anticipated discharge dates, and resumes.
