This bill requires the Director of the Central Intelligence Agency to submit a comprehensive intelligence assessment on the Sinaloa Cartel and Jalisco Cartel to Congress within 90 days of enactment. The assessment must cover the cartels' leadership, organizational structure, drug smuggling routes, production and importation practices for synthetic drugs, supplier networks, fentanyl marketing tactics, counternarcotics interference operations, and estimated annual drug revenues. The assessment may be submitted in classified form and must be provided to specified congressional committees overseeing defense, intelligence, foreign relations, homeland security, and appropriations.
