Summary
This bill requires the Secretary of Labor, in coordination with the Secretary of Veterans Affairs, to develop and publish a notice for each state detailing federal and state benefits available to veterans. Employers with 50 or more employees must display this notice in conspicuous workplace locations. The notice must include information on the Veterans Crisis Line, how to apply for benefits, and state-specific veteran benefits. The Departments of Labor and Veterans Affairs must review and update the notices at least twice yearly, and conduct an information campaign to inform employers of the requirement.
