The MTS CYBER Act of 2026 directs the Comptroller General to conduct a review of the U.S. Coast Guard's budget, resources, and capabilities to fulfill its role as a co-Sector Risk Management Agency for the marine transportation system, particularly regarding cybersecurity oversight.
