Summary
This bill establishes the Agent Orange Veterans Service Medal, a commemorative military service medal to honor veterans who were exposed to Agent Orange during the Vietnam War or who receive VA compensation for Agent Orange-related conditions. The Secretary of Defense would design and produce the medal, and the Secretary of Veterans Affairs would certify eligible veterans. Veterans and next-of-kin of deceased veterans could apply to receive the medal upon request.
