This bill directs the Secretary of the Army to place a monument in Arlington National Cemetery honoring Army Security Agency veterans who served between 1945 and 1976, including those who served in World War II, the Korean conflict, the Vietnam era, and the Cold War era. The monument design must be approved by the Secretary of the Army and the National Army Security Agency Association, and the Association must agree to fund all site preparation, construction, installation, and maintenance costs. If space is unavailable within Arlington National Cemetery, the monument may be placed outside the cemetery entrance.
