Summary
This bill amends the CHIPS and Science Act to establish a new federal program supporting biotechnology education in secondary schools. The National Science Foundation Director would award competitive grants to schools, school districts, universities, and nonprofits to develop and expand biotechnology curricula, train teachers, purchase laboratory equipment, and create partnerships between educational institutions and private sector entities.
