Summary
The MISSION Rx Act amends federal law to cap cost-sharing amounts for TRICARE beneficiaries and veterans for drugs covered under Medicare's Drug Price Negotiation Program at the same level Medicare beneficiaries pay. It also requires federal agencies procuring drugs to limit prices to the maximum fair price set by the Drug Price Negotiation Program. The bill applies to master agreements for selected drugs in effect on or after enactment.
