This resolution requires Members of Congress, officers, and employees of the House who have access to classified information to complete annual counterintelligence and classified information protection training administered by the Sergeant-at-Arms. The Committee on House Administration must issue regulations within 90 days establishing the training program and deadlines for completion. Members and staff who fail to complete the training by the deadline are prohibited from accessing classified information until they do so.
