This bill establishes a federal multi-agency task force to combat illegal importation, distribution, and sale of e-cigarettes. The task force, led jointly by the Attorney General and Secretary of Health and Human Services, will include representatives from the FDA, DOJ, Customs and Border Protection, ATF, U.S. Marshals Service, Postal Inspection Service, FTC, Homeland Security Investigations, FBI, and other relevant agencies.
