The SERVE Act prohibits the naming, renaming, designating, or redesignating of any federal building, land, or other asset in the name of a sitting President. It also prohibits the use of federal funds for such naming or renaming activities. Any federal property currently named after the sitting President as of the bill's enactment would be required to revert to its previously established federal name.
