The CHARGE Act of 2025 directs the Secretary of Energy to establish a grant program providing up to $50 million annually (fiscal years 2026–2030) to eligible entities for installing solar energy systems and energy storage technologies at Federally qualified health centers, or for providing technical assistance related to such installations.
