This resolution reaffirms the United States' commitment to partnership with the Pacific Islands Forum (PIF) and its 18 member states, emphasizing shared interests in regional stability, security, economic development, and disaster resilience. The resolution expresses support for high-level diplomatic engagement, including a dedicated U.S.-Pacific Island Countries Summit, and encourages continued U.S. cooperation with Pacific regional institutions in support of the PIF's 2050 Strategy for the Blue Pacific Continent.
