Summary
This bill directs the Secretary of the Interior to convey approximately 257 acres of federal land managed by the Bureau of Land Management to the Clark County Water Reclamation District in Nevada without charge. The land is to be used for wastewater infrastructure and related public purposes. The District must pay all administrative costs associated with the conveyance, and any land that ceases to be used for public purposes reverts to federal ownership.
