Summary

Official CRS summary
This bill expands access to restroom facilities for certain commercial truck drivers, including drayage truck operators. Further, operators of marine terminals, including port authorities, must provide drayage truck operators with (1) access to existing restrooms, (2) additional restrooms if necessary, and (3) parking while accessing such restrooms.
