This bill amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule to temporarily suspend tariffs on bicycle parts and components imported for assembly or manufacturing into complete bicycles in the United States. The bill directs the International Trade Commission to report within 5 years on whether the tariff suspension has contributed to meeting production goals of 2 million bicycles annually within 5 years and 5 million annually within 10 years.
